The Telecaller will be responsible for conducting market research to identify prospective or potential clients, followed by making cold calls to introduce and explain our services, generate qualified leads, and drive sales conversions. The role involves maintaining customer records, following up with prospects, and achieving daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
Prior experience in telecalling or sales preferred
Ability to work with targets and maintain professionalism

6:00 PM - 3:00 AM
