About the Role



We are seeking a

proactive and ownership-driven Client Service Executive

to assist the Customer Success Manager in building strong client relationships. This role involves connecting with

B2B clients (business owners)

, monitoring business strategies given by coaches, and ensuring seamless execution. You will serve as the

bridge between the client and our organization

, taking complete ownership of assigned accounts while ensuring growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the

primary point of contact

for assigned clients, ensuring long-term engagement and trust. Conduct

regular B2B calls

with business owners to track strategy execution given by business coaches. Identify

delays, gaps, and challenges

in client execution, probe into reasons, and provide solutions. Bridge communication between clients and the organization, ensuring clarity and smooth workflows. Prepare and present

analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations

using advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint. Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager and internal teams to drive client satisfaction and retention. Take

full ownership

of client accounts, ensuring proactive follow-ups and measurable results. Maintain flexibility to adapt to dynamic business needs and client requirements. Consistently achieve and exceed success KPIs and performance goals.

Requirements



06-2 years of experience in

Client Success / Client Relationship Management / Client Service Account Management

. Proven ability to manage

B2B clients

and interact confidently with business owners. Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).

Advanced MS Excel

(pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and

PowerPoint

expertise are mandatory. Highly

customer-focused

, performance-driven, and professional in approach. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic business industry environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
