Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations clearly
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, creative, technical, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and reports with clients
Manage ongoing client communications via email, calls, and meetings
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and as per agreed terms
Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally
Monitor service quality and proactively suggest improvements
Maintain accurate client documentation and records
Support account growth through upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5 to 8 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship roles (depending on level)
