The person should be polite, soft spoken, calm under pressure, and able to handle client queries professionally while coordinating with internal teams.

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat Provide clear and polite communication at all times Coordinate with internal teams for order and service related updates Maintain accurate records and follow up when required Deliver a positive customer experience

Requirements



Previous experience in customer care or support Fluent English communication Good writing skills for email and chat Patient, polite, and professional behavior Ability to multitask and handle pressure
