Job Description

Responsibilities:



Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service allocation and delivery. Supervise stakeholders, team members, and clients to meet targets and maintain service standards. Create a supportive environment that promotes empathy and professionalism in service delivery. Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and retention. Oversee service quality and ensure timely resolution of client concerns. Handle escalations promptly to uphold service excellence and client trust.

Requirements:



Any Bachelor's degree

3-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in US healthcare process.

Excellent English communication

and articulation skills are essential. Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, service delivery, and overall operational efficiency. Willing to work night shifts

(10:30PM to 6:30AM)

from the office premises at Elippode, Trivandrum

Immediate joiners from Trivandrum location preferred.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
