Job Description

The Client Service Manager (CSM) will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound client interactions, converting qualified leads, managing client communications, and driving revenue through structured sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct conference calls with prospective clients and partners Schedule and manage virtual/physical meetings Handle client queries and provide structured solutions Convert qualified leads into revenue-generating deals Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity reports Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing Ensure professional communication aligned with company standards
