We are now looking for a

Client Servicing Executive

to join our growing Calicut team and act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the

primary point of contact

for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management. Understand client requirements, objectives, and business goals to

develop effective briefs

for the creative and strategy teams.

Coordinate with internal teams

(creative, design, content, and digital) to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects. Handle day-to-day

project management

-- tracking progress, managing timelines, and resolving any issues proactively. Support the planning and execution of

branding, advertising, and digital marketing campaigns

. Prepare and share

status reports, proposals, and presentations

with clients. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering solutions that

meet brand standards and objectives

. Identify opportunities to

upsell and cross-sell services

, contributing to business growth. Stay updated with

marketing and advertising trends

to offer fresh ideas and insights to clients.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

. Good understanding of

branding, design, and digital marketing concepts

.

Project management and multitasking abilities

with a focus on detail. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to

manage client expectations

. Proficiency in

MS Office

and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus. Fluency in

English

(spoken and written).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields

.

3-5 years of experience

in client servicing, account management, or marketing coordination (advertising agency experience preferred).
