CTG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager with deep expertise in Cerner legacy systems to lead client engagement, support operations, and service delivery for our healthcare technology division. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless support for clients transitioning from or maintaining Cerner legacy platforms, while driving satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients using Cerner legacy systems, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Lead and manage support teams handling Cerner Millennium, PowerChart, and other legacy modules
  • Oversee incident management, service requests, and escalations with a focus on timely resolution and quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Develop and maintain client-specific support plans, SLAs, and performance metrics
  • Facilitate client meetings, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions to align support with business goals
  • Provide guidance during system upgrades, data migrations, and transitions to modern platforms
  • Stay current on Cerner product updates, decommissioning timelines, and interoperability standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in client services or account management within healthcare IT
  • Proven experience supporting Cerner legacy systems (Millennium, PowerChart, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR integrations, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA, HITECH)
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize competing demands

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $160,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered. Pay Range: USD $140,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr. About Us:
