Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the

main point of contact

for clients, addressing queries and ensuring timely updates. Coordinate with horticulturists, gardeners, and operations teams to deliver services as per client requirements. Conduct

site visits

to assess feasibility, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards. Prepare and manage

service schedules

for garden maintenance, crop rotation, and landscaping. Handle client onboarding, explain horticulture practices, and provide training where necessary. Track and resolve client concerns, ensuring

high satisfaction scores

. Collaborate with production teams for supply of

manure, seeds, nutrients, and other inputs

. Maintain records of client interactions, service delivery, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Desired Profile :

Graduate in

Horticulture

(freshers or experienced candidates welcome). Strong communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Kannada

Professional demeanor with ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Willingness to travel locally;

two?wheeler ownership

preferred for site visits. Passion for sustainable gardening, landscaping, and client engagement.
