Client Service Executive - 3 yrs Kochi

Job description:

₹ 1 to 3 years of experience in handling clients in the advertising & digital marketing field

₹ Work on client management & internal coordination for performance campaigns

₹ Be the bridge between the client and the internal team in communication and execution

₹ Assist in strategizing & preparing reports, meetings, and presentations

₹ Background in performance agency is preferred

₹ Eager to learn and smart with digital ideas, key responsibilities

₹ Assist in managing multiple client accounts for Media, specifically

₹ Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key

₹ Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed

₹ Liaison with third-party vendors, influencers, and partner firms on behalf of the brand for

campaigns & projects.

₹ Keeping abreast with new trends in the digital industry

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUISITES:-

₹ Professional-level proficiency in English

₹ Knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media, and Online Marketing. We know you

know, but we want to make sure.

₹ Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

₹ Attention to detail is great, and ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality results is

even better.

Job Type: Full-time (on-site)
