We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our team as Client Service Executive who are able to handle all client inquiries, project management, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner (Freshers can also apply).
Responsibilities:
Manages relationships, Helps clients grow, get value and stay long term.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Active listening to properly understand the demands of the clients.
Dealing with International clients.
Forwarding client's projects to the Production team.
Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Providing regular updates to higher management.
Handing over the projects to the respective clients after their completion.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Must-Have:
Excellent written and spoken English
Basic understanding of client handling and project management.
Strong email and typing etiquette.
Ready to support clients in urgent situations.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in order tracking or delivery coordination.
A graduate level degree in Business Management, will be preferred.
