We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Client Service Executive
with an engineering background to manage client relationships, understand technical requirements, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and capable of handling clients across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
Handle client queries, escalations, and service-related issues professionally
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship management
Prepare reports, service updates, and client communication documents
Support business growth through client retention and upselling opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Engineering graduate with strong technical understanding
2-3 years of experience in client servicing / customer success / account management
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
(spoken)
Knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools
