We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Client Service Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience to start their career in client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for clients via email, phone, or in-person.
Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and product/service-related concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Maintain accurate client records and service logs.
Support the on boarding process for new clients.
Prepare and share regular updates/reports with clients.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in a client-facing, customer service, or support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
