Key Responsibilities



Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams. Understand client requirements, objectives, and ensure timely execution of campaigns. Coordinate with creative, social media, content, SEO, performance marketing, and design teams to deliver high-quality work. Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and campaign performance reviews for clients. Manage timelines, budgets, and ensure deliverables are met with accuracy and quality. Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent updates. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling digital marketing services. Resolve client queries, manage feedback constructively, and ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations.

Pay: ₹10,055.46 - ₹32,522.80 per month
