Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Service Executive to manage and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a smooth delivery of services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, technical, etc.) to ensure timely service delivery. Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary. Track client account activity and update records in CRM tools. Prepare and present service reports, updates, or proposals to clients as needed. Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through company processes. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,096.60 - ₹33,314.13 per month
