Roles & Responsibilities



Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions. Manage client accounts, ensure service quality, and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and share reports, updates, and performance summaries with clients. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. Support campaign planning and execution in coordination with marketing teams. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and project details. Upsell and cross-sell company services where appropriate. Handle client feedback professionally and ensure continuous improvement. Meet service standards, response timelines, and overall client satisfaction targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,300.93 - ₹22,870.15 per month

Work Location: In person
