Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities to enhance client experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
