Key Responsibilities
Understand client briefs and manage end-to-end project communication.
Coordinate with creative, production, vendors, and operations teams.
Prepare event plans, timelines, checklists, and obtain approvals.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular status updates.
Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and brand standards.
Manage on-ground event execution and ensure client satisfaction.
Handle billing coordination, documentation, and post-event reports.
