Job Title: Client Servicing Executive / Manager (Events)



Role Overview



Acts as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, smooth execution, and high-quality service delivery across events.

Key Responsibilities



Understand client briefs and manage end-to-end project communication. Coordinate with creative, production, vendors, and operations teams. Prepare event plans, timelines, checklists, and obtain approvals. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular status updates. Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and brand standards. Manage on-ground event execution and ensure client satisfaction. Handle billing coordination, documentation, and post-event reports.

Key Skills & Requirements



Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong multitasking, scheduling, and deadline management. Effective project coordination and problem-solving abilities. Proven experience handling corporate clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
