About the Role:


We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the key point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely project delivery, and exceptional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, etc.) to deliver results. Ensure timely execution of campaigns, projects, and deliverables. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and campaign updates. Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and suggest improvements to client strategies.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or related roles (agency experience is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
