Client Service Executive

to manage key accounts and ensure smooth client communication and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams Understand client needs and brief the creative/production team accordingly Plan and execute campaigns with attention to deadlines and quality Build long-term relationships with clients Prepare reports, proposals, and updates for clients Ensure all deliverables are aligned with client expectations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a creative/advertising/media agency is mandatory

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects Strategic thinking and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
