We are looking for a Client Service Executive responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires coordination with internal teams and handling client queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for client service-related queries
Handle client onboarding documentation and account-related requests
Resolve client complaints and issues within defined timelines
Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, and Compliance
Maintain accurate client records and ensure data confidentiality
Provide regular updates to clients regarding service requests and transactions
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to client servicing
Support Relationship Managers and Sales teams as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
Basic knowledge of financial products (Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Preferred Experience
Experience in broking, wealth management, banking, or financial services will be an added advantage.
