About the Role
The Client Services Executive is responsible for managing client coordination, handling background verification cases, ensuring SLA and TAT compliance, maintaining quality standards, and enabling smooth delivery of verification reports. This role requires regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely closure of cases.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end client coordination for background verification cases
Track daily case inflow, progress, and follow-ups
Communicate pending documents, clarifications, and escalations to clients
Ensure adherence to TAT, quality guidelines, and client SLAs
Prepare and maintain MIS, reports, and dashboards
Resolve operational or verification-related issues
Coordinate with internal verification teams to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
1 to 4 years of experience in Client Service, BGV, Coordination, or Operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Shift Structure and Work WeekDay Shift
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Weekends:
2nd and 4th Saturday: Off
1st and 3rd Saturday: Half Day
Sunday: Off
Salary: Up to ?25,000 CTC
Night Shift
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Weekends:
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
