Key Responsibilities:



Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure excellent service delivery Handle client queries via email, phone, and in-person professionally Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements on time Build and maintain strong client relationships Prepare reports, client updates, and maintain documentation Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and escalate when needed Assist with follow-ups, onboarding, and support processes

Candidate Requirements:



2-3 years of experience in client servicing, or customer support Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken & written) Only candidates currently based in

Surat
