We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with a strong background in client servicing within the events industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account management--serving as the key liaison between the client and internal teams (creative, production, and operations).
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and relationships.
Understand client objectives, interpret briefs, and develop clear action plans with internal teams.
Coordinate and collaborate with creative, production, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Drive the planning, execution, and on-ground delivery of events and campaigns, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Lead internal brainstorms and strategy discussions to bring creative and experiential ideas to life.
Manage budgets, create proposals, pitch presentations, and post-event reports.
Handle client escalations and problem-solving in a proactive, professional manner.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in client servicing within event management, experiential marketing, or a similar domain.
Experience in corporate events, brand activations, BTL campaigns, or experiential marketing.
Proven experience managing clients and internal members simultaneously.
Strong understanding of event planning, production, and on-ground execution.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
