We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Client Service Delivery Operations - Fund Administration , based in our Vistra, Ahmedabad, India . Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, this full-time and permanent position is based in Ahmedabad, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth. Purpose of the role - This role has a client facing responsibility of Fund Administration for Fund Services business in India. Fund Administration (Accounting and Investor Service) for SEBI AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) Category I, II and III funds. Driving efficiencies, improving customer experience and automation. Key Responsibilities - Fund Accounting and Investor services : NAV computation and investor level NAV allocation, capital calls/drawdowns, Subscription/Redemptions, distribution working, Management fees calculation, ensuring equalisation premium and carry calculation adherence to laid down internal and statutory guidelines and service standards agreed with the clients. Listed securities pricing, Position & Cash reconciliation and Corporate action. Familiar with Bloomberg functions. Knowledge of investment/securities operations encompassing trade, settlements, cash and accounting. Fund Administration: Broad knowledge of investor KYC,FATCA, review of application form, knowledge of different class of units, tax applicability to AIFs and Investors Knowledge of laws & regulations governing the Funds (AIF/Mutual funds) industry. Prepare annual financial statements and handling the financial reporting requirement for a portfolio of AIF structures, ensuring the efficient delivery of high quality financial reports Scheme Fund Accounting (including NAV at set frequency) and maintaining books of Accounts for a scheme, including passing all related accounting entries after checking their correctness and impact on NAV, IndAs knowledge is added advantage MIS & SEBI reporting on Ad-hoc, Bi Monthly, Quarterly, Monthly/Half yearly & annual report Coordinating with external auditors (Big 4 and like) for audit for Half Yearly and Annual accounts Attributes & Skills - Strong team-player with experience with working in a dynamic organisation and able to build bridges between the different stakeholders within the organisation Strong communication and influencing skills; collaborative and a team player Hands on exposure on any fund accounting software (Investran, VPM, Paxus, TNR, Mfund, Multifonds, Laser Soft etc) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), MS Outlook Analytical approach and effective oral and written communication skills Relevant Experience - Minimum 4-5 years working experience in fund administration Experience in AIF related regulatory (SEBI, RBI, Income-Tax)reporting would be a distinct advantage Education - CA/Inter CA or MBA in Finance Company Benefits - At our Vistra ITCL office, we believe in putting our employees\' well-being first!
