We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Coordinator to join our UPS Division in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating service activities, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service requests, complaints, and technical support.
Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance, installation, and breakdown service calls.
Assign and monitor service tasks with field engineers, ensuring timely completion.
Maintain detailed records of client communications, service reports, AMC contracts, and warranty claims.
Collaborate with internal teams for spare parts, logistics, and technical assistance.
Prepare service quotations, reports, and ensure proper documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term association.
Track service performance metrics and provide periodic updates to management.
Qualifications:
B.E Electrical, Diploma, BBA, MBA, B.com, or an Electricals field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in client service coordination, preferably in the UPS or power systems industry.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
