Customer Service Coordinator
to manage customer orders, coordinate with our production team, and ensure timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and take orders via phone, email, or other channels.
Accurately record and process all orders in the system.
Coordinate daily with the production unit to ensure order requirements and timelines are met.
Monitor order progress and address any issues that may arise.
Liaise with the delivery/logistics team to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries.
Maintain clear communication between customers, production, and delivery teams.
Follow up with customers for order confirmations and feedback.
Prepare daily/weekly order and delivery reports.
Support administrative tasks related to order management and operations.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in order management, coordination, or customer service (FMCG/food industry experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
