Job Overview

:

The Client Coordinator's responsibilities include detailed planning marketing promotion activities/Events. It involves incorporating new and innovative ideas along with creative solutions and collaborating with the relevant departments, Clients and Vendors as well as partners for better result.

Responsibilities and Duties:



Main person responsible and accountable for the execution of the entire activity.

To co-ordinate with sales team/client and facilitate activation

To setup & co-ordinate with vendors and plan the activation accordingly

To be responsible for vendor management

Design reporting formats and structures, analyse it and ensure sharing the reports with the clients

Communicate fluently and effectively with clients/vendors across the country

Ability to work in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic environment.

Specifications:



Education Level : Graduation / MBA in Marketing

Experience : Min 1 - 4 years

Area of Experience - Preferred from Consumer Goods Industry; Advertising & Promotions; Radio Activation/Media/ Events.

Communication: Excellent in English and Proficient in Hindi and Bengali.

Location - Kolkata

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
