an energetic and proactive

Client Services Associate

to join their team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone with an event management or client services background, who is comfortable multitasking, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands the demands of a growing start-up. While the role will initially be focused on backend operations, it offers opportunities to grow into a more client-facing position with increasing exposure over time.

Requirements:

1-3 years of professional experience in client services, event management, operations, or related fields. Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive, "on-your-toes" approach and comfort working in a start-up environment. Interest in art and collectibles--prior art world experience is a plus but not essential. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues. Flexibility and willingness to take on both backend and, eventually, client-facing responsibilities.

Please note:

1. The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.

3. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai.
4. Salary band for this role is available upon request.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
