Job Title : Client Service Executive .



A Client Care Executive serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience with the company's services. This role is essential in building strong client relationships, maintaining ongoing communication, and supporting overall client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Support:



Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers.

Resolve queries and provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

Problem-Solving:



Investigate customer complaints and identify solutions.

Process returns, refunds, or exchanges as per company guidelines.

Documentation

:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including queries, complaints, and resolutions.

Update customer accounts and ensure data accuracy.

Customer Engagement:



Build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Provide personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide information about services and actionable along with deadlines.

Help Client know the progress on the jobs assigned.

Feedback Collection:



Gather and document customer feedback for product or service improvements.

Share insights with management for process enhancement.

Sales Support (Optional):

Upsell or cross-sell products and services, if applicable.

Assist with placing orders and tracking deliveries.

Client onboarding process

Payment follow up with the clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Educational Requirements: :Graduation mandatory.

Key Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication.

Active listening and empathy.

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Multitasking and time management.

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Experience

:

Preferred: 1-2 years in a similar customer-facing role.

Language Proficiency:



Fluency in the local language and English is often required.
