Join a global team dedicated to delivering a seamless client onboarding experience for Markets clients.



As a Transition Manager Senior Associate within the Markets Transition Management team, you manage and monitor client onboarding requests to ensure a smooth and timely process. You collaborate with cross-functional teams--including Reference Data, KYC, Accounts, Credit, Legal, and Operations--to prepare clients for trading within targeted timeframes. Your focus is on providing an exceptional client experience that aligns with the objectives of the client, Markets Sales, and Digital Client Service organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver an excellent end-to-end onboarding experience for clients. Manage a pipeline of onboarding cases with accuracy and timeliness. Serve as the primary contact for client queries and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues and reduce onboarding times. Identify opportunities for process improvement in operating models. Suggest technical changes to enhance automation of tasks. Perform data analytics to support onboarding and process optimization.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Experience in a client-facing role within onboarding or relevant business partner groups Knowledge of Markets products, industry landscape, platforms, and core controls Strong client management, communication, and project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Business analytics experience and proficiency with data management tools such as Python, Alteryx, Tableau, or Qlikview Ability to navigate diverse process flows and drive process enhancements Experience designing technology enhancements and utilizing business analytic or automation tools Results-focused approach with the ability to manage high volumes in a dynamic environment
