About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make phone calls to customers and collect feedback on their experience with GoRamu
2. Maintain a systematic and organized record of customer feedback and suggestions
3. Communicate effectively with customers, address their concerns, and provide solutions to enhance their experience with GoRamu
4. Convince customers to make repeat purchases from GoRamu by offering attractive deals and promotions
5. Research, ideate, shoot, and edit reels/videos for social media platforms
6. Post the created content on social media platforms, ensuring consistency with GoRamu\'s brand image and message

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
2. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
3. Ability to work from the office in Kolkata
4. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of customer feedback
5. Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content and social media trends
6. Basic video shooting and editing skills
7. Familiarity with social media platforms and their features
8. Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus
