you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the sales and counseling teams, assisting in managing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth journey for students from inquiry to enrollment.
Client Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries
Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions between students and study abroad advisors.
Provide accurate information about courses, universities, application deadlines, visa processes, and documentation.
Follow up with students, parents and partners.
Sales & Administrative Support:
Support the sales team in lead tracking, CRM data entry, and reporting.
Maintain student records and update databases (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or internal CRM).
Searching prospective partners, fixing meeting and maintaining good rapport with them.
Coordinate with university representatives, partners, and internal departments as needed.
Prepare offer letters, admission summaries, and fee payment instructions.
Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and info sessions.
Operational Assistance:
Monitor application and visa processing timelines to ensure smooth progression.
Generate and manage reports related to client interactions, conversions, and feedback.
Help resolve student queries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communication, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in client service, administrative, or sales support role (preferably in education or consultancy).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM software.
Knowledge of overseas education processes (preferred but not mandatory).
