Location: Remote (with quarterly property visits)

Salary: ₹20,000/month (Fixed) + Conversion-Based Incentives + B2B Sales Incentives

Role Summary

As the Client Sales & Relationship Manager (CRM), you drive both B2C and B2B sales for Firgun.

You are the:

First point of contact for all guests

Key relationship builder for partners

Sales driver for corporates, agencies, and community collaborations

This role demands warmth + sharp sales instinct + strong follow-up + a relationship-first approach.

Property Sales Focus

Firgun Shoja - Community & Adventure

Drive occupancy for dorms and private rooms (weekday + weekend)

Push stay-meal combo packages, cafe events, and group experiences

Expand partnerships with OTAs, travel agents, trekking groups, college groups & backpacker communities

Firgun Sajwar - Creative & Slow Travel

Promote long stays, retreats, and creative escapes

Target artists, freelancers, wellness groups, remote workers

Build B2B relationships with retreat curators, wellness leaders, educators & creative communities

Expanded B2B Sales Responsibility

The CRM will actively handle and grow the B2B vertical:

Corporate Sales

Build B2B relationships with corporates, HR teams, startups, and wellness departments

Pitch Firgun for offsites, team retreats, bonding programs & creativity workshops

Travel Agency & Partner Network

Grow business from:

Travel agencies

OTA partners

Retreat organizers

Influencers & community leaders

Event curators

Group Bookings & Bulk Sales

College groups

Trekking groups

Community groups

Long-stay creators

Photography/creative collectives

Measured on:

B2B conversion count

Partnerships activated

Group bookings per month

Repeat partner engagement

B2B incentives will be a separate slab, higher than B2C incentives due to larger ticket size.

Core Responsibilities

Primary Priority (B2C + B2B)

? Handle all guest & corporate inquiries (WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, OTAs, email, website leads)

? Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

? Maintain an active follow-up cycle to maximize sales

? Build & manage B2B pipelines

Guest Relationship Management

Deliver personalised and warm communication aligned with Firgun's brand

Ensure all queries are responded to within 24 hours

Maintain strong long-term relationships with guests, partners & collaborators

Operations & Coordination

Work closely with property managers for smooth pre-arrival to post-checkout experience

Update OTA listings, respond to reviews, curate leads

Maintain weekly sales performance & B2B funnel reports

Suggest marketing campaigns based on guest patterns & partner insights

Compensation Structure

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000/month

Incentives:

? B2C Conversion-Based Incentives

? Separate B2B Sales Incentives (Higher Slab)

- Based on corporate bookings, group bookings & partnerships

? Incentives are based on confirmed conversions, not per-night stays

You Bring

1-4+ years in hospitality, travel sales, corporate sales, or similar relationship roles

Strong communication & empathy-driven selling skills

Experience with OTAs, CRM tools & sales funnels

Final Note

This is not a typical sales role.

It is warm, intentional, high-touch, relationship-driven sales--across both B2C and B2B.

You will help expand the Firgun community by converting inquiries and building long-term partner networks that bring recurring business.
