This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, advisory thinking, and long-term trust building. It is not aggressive sales--it is about presence, perspective, and becoming a reliable professional clients are comfortable engaging with on matters of risk, continuity, and protection.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary relationship interface for HNI and institutional clients
Participate in important client conversations, meetings, and reviews alongside senior leadership
Understand client requirements and help structure appropriate risk advisory solutions with help from the internal underwriting team
Coordinate with internal technical, placement, and claims teams to ensure seamless delivery
Maintain long-term client relationships built on trust, discretion, and consistency
Support business development through relationship deepening rather than transactional selling
Represent the firm with professionalism, clarity, and confidence in all interactions
Ideal Candidate Profile
Background in premium client-facing environments such as aviation, luxury hospitality, wealth services, private banking support, or similar relationship-driven roles
Naturally polished communicator with strong interpersonal and listening skills
Comfortable interacting with senior professionals, business owners, and decision-makers
Emotionally intelligent, composed, and confident in professional settings
Curious, willing to learn, and open to building domain knowledge in risk and advisory services
