Job Description

The

Client Results Executive (CRE)

is responsible for:
1? Handling all

incoming enquiries

(sales support)
2? Explaining MindAlgo programs clearly
3? Guiding clients smoothly from enquiry ? enrolment
4? Providing

daily check-ins, motivation, and accountability

5? Ensuring clients consistently follow the weekly plan set by the psychologist
6? Updating psychologists with daily client reports
7? Ensuring

client progress, satisfaction, and retention

This is NOT a therapy role.

It is a

care + accountability + engagement + sales

role.

Must-Have Skills

Excellent communication skills Empathy & patience Basic knowledge of mental health concepts Ability to motivate others Strong follow-up skills Good phone/WhatsApp etiquette Time management Basic English + Malayalam/Hindi proficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

Any degree (Psychology preferred but NOT required) Freshers welcome Training will be provided by MindAlgo
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
