Job Description


Responsibilities & Tasks Include: Responsible for daily BAU activities Allocate and coordinate resources accordingly. Work closely with internal teams and clients to drive execution of initiatives. Standardize the process. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities and ensure implementation after involving all the required stakeholders. Manage the implementation of all standard practices, processes, tools, etc. Responsible for the direction and training of subordinate team leaders and staff. Act as the point of contact between both internal teams and external clients to achieve the targeted result. Assist manager with ensuring project milestones are achieved on a timely basis. Secure prioritization and time management to support multiple projects/tasks in parallel Produce required reporting according to needs of stakeholders relating to assigned markets and projects Identify the root cause of client impacting issuesacross work streams by performing deep dives Organize internal meetings, as needed,and compiles related documentation, assisting with the coordination and development of the agenda and may attend meetings to record notes and action items Provide risk and issues identification and mitigation Job Requirements: Education and Experience Bachelor\'s degree in finance, business, or equivalent 8+ years of experience in banking or financial services Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills Proven track record of successful project execution Ability to multi-task and work under high pressure deadlines Ability to reprioritize timely Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work with other departments and represent the team in a positive manner Ability to work both independently and as part of a team High level of interpersonal skills and integrity Familiarity with financial products and financial institution operations Skills/ Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge would be good to have. Financial and accounting skillset - knowledge of regulatory reports and forms Strong Analytical and problem solving skills Ability to transform a business need into a visual representation Knowledge/Experience of working on Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Framework/related reporting would be good to have.
