Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the audit process, addressing any concerns or requests.
Work closely with the audit team to ensure client needs are met efficiently and in a timely manner.
Coordinate and manage tasks to ensure a seamless workflow and the on-time completion of audit deliverables.
Maintain well-organized and up-to-date client files and audit documentation.
Ensure all client records are properly stored and easily accessible for audit purposes.
Collaborate with different departments and team members to ensure the successful execution of audits.
Provide general support to the team as required to deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or a related accounting field.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
