Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Handle client communications via phone, email, or in person.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable course offerings.
Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Keep records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Assist in organizing client meetings, demos, or sessions as required.
Gather feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams for improvement.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Continuously learn about our engineering and GATE course offerings.
