Responsibilities
Tie-up with new companies for manpower requirements
Collect and understand client hiring needs
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Maintain client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports
Visit client offices in Bhopal when required
Work closely with the internal recruitment team
Required Skills
Good communication & negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR processes
Ability to build & maintain client relationships
MS Office (Excel & Word)
Self-driven and target-oriented
Qualifications
Any graduate (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory)
Minimum
1 year
experience in HR, BD, or Placement coordination
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
