A Merchandiser acts as a bridge between buyers, suppliers, and internal production teams, ensuring that products are developed and delivered as per global quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management
Handle complete order workflow from inquiry to shipment
Coordinate with internal teams to track progress, approvals, and timelines
2. Communication & Coordination
Communicate with international buyers, vendors, and internal departments
Follow up on materials, approvals, and sample progress
Draft professional emails, reports, and status updates
3. Data & Documentation
Maintain trackers, production status reports, order sheets, and shipping details
Organize records for costing, sourcing, and sampling
4. Production Follow-up
Coordinate with production, design, sourcing and QA teams
Identify bottlenecks and highlight delays for timely resolution
