We are looking for a seasoned Client Relationship Manager (CRM) with strong BFSI industry understanding to work closely with the Director and act as a critical link between clients and the recruitment delivery team. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality mandate understanding, seamless execution, and superior client engagement.The incumbent will manage end-to-end client communication, guide recruiters on mandates, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery while strengthening long-term client relationships.1. Client Relationship & Mandate Management- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned BFSI clients.- Deeply understand client mandates- Translate and transfer mandate clarity to the respective recruiters.- Screen and review profiles shared by recruiters- Share curated and well-aligned profiles with clients along with insights.- Maintain high standards of professionalism, quality, and turnaround time (TAT).2. Team Guidance & Coordination- Guide and mentor recruiters- Bridge gaps in understanding between client expectations and recruiter execution.- Provide continuous feedback to the team to improve sourcing accuracy and delivery quality.- Support recruiters in complex or niche BFSI mandates where deeper industry insight is required.- Ensure disciplined follow-ups and process adherence within the team.3. Client Engagement & Business Continuity- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients- Proactively engage existing clients- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with HR Heads, TA Leaders, and Business Heads.- Support the Director in strengthening key accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
