Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Assist clients with

account opening, KYC processes, documentation, and onboarding

. Guide clients in understanding

trading platforms, investment products, and market-related procedures

. Address and resolve client queries related to

equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and other financial products/services

. Coordinate with internal teams such as

Operations, Back Office, and Dealing Desk

to ensure timely resolution of client issues. Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through

professional communication and prompt support

. Educate clients on

product features, market updates, and available investment options

to help them make informed decisions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
