Client Relationship Officer - Event Planner Company
Role Summary:
The Client Relationship Officer ensures that every client's needs are understood and met by closely working with both the clients and the internal team. They accompany the planning & execution team, note client requirements, and make sure the right resources are arranged on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Tag along with the event team during meetings, site visits, and planning sessions.
Understand and record client requirements in detail.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to source required materials/resources.
Provide updates and reassurance to clients during the planning and execution stages.
Solve small issues on the spot and escalate major concerns to management.
Ensure smooth client experience before, during, and after the event.
Skills Needed:
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Good knowledge of event needs (decor, logistics, vendors, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
