Key Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with
assigned Apple dealer accounts
.
Act as the
primary point of contact
between the company and dealer partners.
Support dealers in improving
secondary sales performance
.
Communicate
company schemes, offers, pricing changes, and policy updates
to dealers.
Ensure
product availability, correct assortment, and brand compliance
at dealer points.
Conduct
regular dealer visits
to review performance and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for
order processing, billing, stock movement, and after-sales support
.
Monitor dealer-wise sales, stock levels, and outstanding follow-ups.
Collect and report
market intelligence and competitor activity
.
Maintain accurate
dealer visit reports, relationship logs, and sales data
.
