Job Summary:



The

Client Relationship Officer - B2B (Dealer Channel)

is responsible for

building, managing, and strengthening relationships with Apple dealer partners

in the Malappuram region.

The role is

purely B2B and dealer-focused

, concentrating on

dealer engagement, secondary sales growth, service coordination, and relationship continuity

. There is

no direct end-customer interaction

involved.

This position is well-suited for

MBA freshers

aiming to build a long-term career in

channel relationship management and B2B sales operations

with a premium global brand like

Apple

.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and strengthen relationships with

assigned Apple dealer accounts

. Act as the

primary point of contact

between the company and dealer partners. Support dealers in improving

secondary sales performance

. Communicate

company schemes, offers, pricing changes, and policy updates

to dealers. Ensure

product availability, correct assortment, and brand compliance

at dealer points. Conduct

regular dealer visits

to review performance and resolve operational issues. Coordinate with internal teams for

order processing, billing, stock movement, and after-sales support

. Monitor dealer-wise sales, stock levels, and outstanding follow-ups. Collect and report

market intelligence and competitor activity

. Maintain accurate

dealer visit reports, relationship logs, and sales data

.

Skills & Competencies Required



Strong

interpersonal and relationship management skills

Clear verbal and written

communication ability

Basic understanding of

B2B / channel sales concepts

Customer-centric and problem-solving mindset Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Interest in

technology and Apple products

Working knowledge of

MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
