We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Officer to strengthen our customer engagement initiatives and support CRM data operations. In this role, you will manage and optimize the CRM system, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer-related processes.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about CRM tools, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and consistent updates within the CRM platform.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, engagement levels, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular CRM reports with valuable insights for business decisions.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline CRM workflows.
Assist in developing dashboards, customer segments, and campaign tracking tools.
Perform routine data audits to maintain database hygiene and reliability.
Respond to CRM-related queries and provide support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
0-1 year of experience in CRM operations, data analysis, or related roles.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
