We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client relationship officer to enhance our customer engagement and data management efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the CRM system, generating insights, and supporting cross-functional teams with accurate and timely data.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the CRM platform with accuracy and consistency.
Analyze customer data to identify patterns, engagement levels, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare periodic CRM performance reports with meaningful insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve CRM processes.
Assist in creating dashboards, customer segments, and campaign tracking mechanisms.
Conduct routine data audits to ensure CRM database hygiene and reliability.
Address CRM-related queries and provide internal support to relevant teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
0-1 year of experience in CRM operations, data analysis, or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an added advantage.
Excellent analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
