Relationship & Network Building:

Forge strong connections with key industry players and local officials. This includes:

Government & Planning:

Officials in town planning, panchayats, and sub-registrar offices.

Construction & Engineering:

Small-scale builders, contractors, civil engineers, and architects.

Market Outreach & Promotion:

Spread awareness of our brand and services across various sectors.

Campaigns:

Run targeted campaigns in commercial, industrial, educational, and service establishments.

Events:

Organize and host events to showcase our offerings and build brand visibility.

Sales & Strategy:

Lead Generation:

Actively seek out and identify new construction projects through open market sourcing.

Sales Management:

Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial screening to final approval and fee collection.
