Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and resolve queries promptly and professionally.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction, retention and service quality.
Support sales and business development efforts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and timely service delivery.
Assist in preparing client reports, documentation and presentations as required.
Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards and applicable regulatory guidelines.
