Role Overview
The Client Relationship Officer (CRO) will act as the primary point of contact between the agency and its clients. The role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring smooth project coordination, timely communication, and high levels of client satisfaction while aligning internal teams to deliver quality outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management
Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication.
Understand client business goals, brand guidelines, and expectations.
Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
Project Coordination
Coordinate between clients and internal teams (Design, Content, Performance Marketing, Video, etc.).
Collect clear briefs, inputs, references, and approvals from clients.
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
Track project progress and share regular updates with clients.
Communication & Documentation
Ensure all client communications happen
